Weekend with my girls!

I had such a fun weekend with my girls Brooke and Anne Marie! AM and the kids came to hang out with us while Hyrum was in Alaska fishing, and as an added bonus we got to spend some much needed time with our sweet Brooke too! I love these girls! We have grown up together more as sisters than cousins, and our time together just does not happen enough! Although we don't get to see each other often enough, everytime we get together it's like nothing has changed. We have so much fun laughing, sharing our opinions about everything and totally hashing out every problem that could possibly arise, from home decor and eye brow waxing to child disapline.

We took a trip to St. George for some fun shopping and decided to stop and take a tour of the newest up-and-coming golf course/resort in S. Utah, Sand Hollow Resort! What a treat, it is beautiful!

The greens are amazing! Brooke's favorite part of this fabulous destination is the artisic mowing technique! It is very impressive the work that has gone into making this place look so good!

Our sweet friend Bill was so nice to take us on a great tour of the course and show us through the model homes! http://www.sandhollowresort.com/ Braden & Jacklin Grace were so good! They were very patient while we checked out the project.

I just can't get over how Braden is growing up! He was such a good boy, and boys just had so much fun playing!

Summer is just not complete until we've had a sleep-out on the tramp! Matt's boys were in town and completely took charge of entertaining our boys! It was heaven! The moms sat back and relaxed while the boys bonded outside! What a great weekend we had! I was seriously so sad when everyone went home.

San Diego

Last week we spent some time in San Diego for a work conference. We got there a couple days before the actual conference started, so we took advantage of the beautiful weather and spent as much time by the pool as possible.

The resort where we stayed had a really fun kids program that had so many cool things for the kids to do. Dallin had so much fun making his own pizza and decorating the box.

Dallin and sweet Xander anxiously awaiting our arrival on the USS Midway, where we had dinner and a concert with the Oakridge Boys. It was actually really fun!
